Message

The LORD God has told us what is right and what he demands:  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

-Micah 6:8

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

-Philippians 2:3-4

1. will my of myself and those around me.

2. I must learn to myself or I will be .

Pride leads to destruction, and arrogance to downfall.

-Proverbs 16:18

You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Although he was in the form of God and equal with God, he did not take advantage of this equality. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. Christ was humble. He obeyed God even when that obedience meant his own death on a cross.

-Philippians 2:5-8

3. I must make His  not my own.

“If the light on you is greater than the light in you, then the light on you will extinguish the light in you.”

-Christine Caine

Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

-Philippians 2:9-11
