Message notes

“Almost anyone can accomplish almost anything if they work at it long enough, hard enough, and smart enough.”

-Mark Batterson

Don't leave Jerusalem yet. Wait here for the Father to give you the Holy Spirit, just as I told you he has promised to do.

-Acts 1:4

Goal Setting:
1. I must make it .

2. I must make it .

I am willing to endure anything if it will bring salvation and eternal glory in Christ Jesus to those God has chosen.

-2 Timothy 2:10

3. I must make it .

Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin.

-Zechariah 4:10

Keys to Habits:

1. I must bad habits with good ones.

When an evil spirit leaves a person, it travels through the desert, looking for a place to rest. But when the
demon doesn't find a place, it says, "I will go back to the home I left." When it gets there and finds the place empty, clean, and neat, it goes off and finds seven other evil spirits even worse than itself. They all come and make their home there, and the person ends up in worse shape than before.

-Matthew 12:43-45

2. To be successful I must learn how to habit .

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.  Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Repeat them again and again to your children.  Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

-Deuteronomy 6:4-6
