Message notes

Mary answered, "I am the Lord's servant. Let everything you've said happen to me."

-Luke 1:38

How can I make for Jesus in my life so I can in turn bring Jesus to the world?

How can people have faith in the Lord and ask him to save them, if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear, unless someone tells them? And how can the message be proclaimed if the messengers are not sent out? As Scripture says, "How beautiful are the feet of the messengers who announce the Good News."

-Romans 10:14-15

I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

-Romans 12:1

Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

-Matthew 28:19-20

When I make myself for Jesus, my reward is to Jesus!

May the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father and the presence of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

-2 Corinthians 13:14

When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power, and you will be witnesses for me in Jerusalem, in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

-Acts 1:8

LIFE APPLICATION
To discuss during the week with your family or Life Group

1. Jesus wants us to make room for Him in our lives but we often crowd Him out. In what ways have you done that in the past or currently and what can you or did you do about it?
2. Gilbert talked about how some things are “beautiful but unavailable”. When it comes to availability to a relationship with Jesus and partnering with Him in His mission, what’s your availability like? What might need to change?
3. In what ways do you find it challenging to “offer your bodies as a living sacrifice?”
4. Re-read Jesus Great Commission from Matthew 28. This is what your life is to be focused on. How are you doing?
5. What is my next step as a result of this message?
