Daniel went into the upstairs of his home where a window faced in the direction of Jerusalem.  There, as had become his habit, he knelt down and prayed 3 times per day.

 habits are small habits that have a domino effect; improving many other areas of life as well.

Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is valuable in every way, because it promises benefits in this life and in the life to come.

 -1 Timothy 4:8
