Be angry and do not sin.

-Ephesians 4:26a

Now your attitudes and thoughts must all be constantly changing for the better. Yes, you must be a new and different person, holy and good. Clothe yourself with this new nature.

 -Ephesians 4:23-24

Stop being bitter and angry and mad at others. Don’t yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude. Instead, be kind and merciful, and forgive others, just as God forgave you because of Jesus.

-Ephesians 4:31-32

Dealing With Sinful Anger:

1.  I must remember how much Jesus has me.

2.  I must of my anger .

Don’t let the sun go down with you still angry—get over it quickly; for when you are angry, you give a mighty foothold to the devil.

-Ephesians 4:26b-27

Don’t mistreat someone who has mistreated you. But try to earn the respect of others, and do your best to live at peace with everyone. Dear friends, don’t try to get even. Let God take revenge. In the Scriptures the Lord says, “I am the one to take revenge and pay them back.” The Scriptures also say, “If your enemies are hungry, give them something to eat. And if they are thirsty, give them something to drink. This will be the same as piling burning coals on their heads.”  Don’t let evil defeat you, but defeat evil with good.

-Romans 12:17-21

Getting Angry How Jesus Got Angry:

Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.

If someone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other one
 also.
