Then Paul left Athens and went to Corinth. There he became acquainted with a Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, who had recently arrived from Italy with his wife, Priscilla. They had left Italy when Claudius Caesar deported all Jews from Rome. Paul approached them because they were tentmakers just as he was. Paul moved in with them, and they worked together at their common trade. Every Sabbath day he talked with the Jews and Greeks in the synagogue, trying to persuade them to believe in Jesus.

Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia and joined Paul in Corinth. After this, Paul spent all his time telling people the Good News, showing them that Jesus is the Christ.  But they would not accept Paul’s teaching and said some evil things. So he shook off the dust from his clothes and said to them, “If you are not saved, it will be your own fault! I have done all I can do! After this, I will go to other nations.”

After that he stayed with Titius Justus, a Gentile who had become a follower of Jesus and lived next door to the synagogue. Crispus, the synagogue leader and everyone in his family also put their faith in the Lord. Many others in Corinth also heard the message, and all the people who had faith in the Lord were baptized.

 -Acts 18:1-8

One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision and told him, “Don’t be afraid! Speak out! Don’t quit! For I am with you and no one can harm you. Many people here in this city belong to me.” So Paul stayed there the next year and a half, teaching the truths of God.

 -Acts 18:9-11

1. Am I in more than I am ?

You must now teach others those things you and many others have heard me speak about. Teach these great truths to trustworthy men who will, in turn, pass them on to others.

-2 Timothy 2:2

2. Am I enough to need God’s ?
